It’s official. We went live at 8am this morning for our fourth annual crowd funding campaign aimed at ensuring we can maintain our magazine’s content levels and continue paying 8 cents per word for fiction through 2025. With your help, we’ll hit our goals and stretch goals that we need to ensure a fantastic year to come.
If you aren’t already a subscriber to Solarpunk Magazine through our website or Patreon, or if you subscribed through our 2024 Kickstarter, then you can get a 2025 subscription through our campaign at 30% off the regular individual issue price. Plus it comes with other schwag like a copy of our 2024 micro fiction anthology and some solarpunk stickers. Then during the “add-ons” section of your pledge, you can add the City of Hope RP game to your order if you’d like.
If you do already have a subscription through our website or Patreon, then there are two tiers for just the game plus some bonus schwag. You can get a PDF print & play edition, or the full-color 100+ page hardcover edition, which comes with a free set of dice and PDF version of the solarpunk tarot cards for an option game mechanic.
We’re already approaching our first $1k in pledges, and with your support we can hit our base funding goal on Day 1. Everyone who backs on Day 1 will get a free enamel pin of our solarpunk sun logo.
When we hit $2k we’ll release some more images from the gamebook, and when we hit $3k we’ll release a video run through of the gamebook.
