City of Hope: Solarpunk RPG Campiagn is Coming!
Our crowd funding campaign for City of Hope, a solarpunk worldbuilding RPG launches next month on Tuesday October 1st. The campaign will help fund author and artist payments for the work we publish in Solarpunk Magazine’s 2025 issues. Set in the 2050s after the Climate Wars, players work together to create and rebuild a new, sustainable, inclusive city and community rooted in environmental and social justice.

Later this week we’ll be sharing game update where we’ll highlight one of the game’s character archetypes as well as the special Day 1 Backer Perk that everyone who backs the campaign on launch day will get. So keep an eye out for that update!
In the meantime, visit City of Hope‘s Kickstarter campaign pre-launch page and smash the button to get a notification when the campaign officially launches. Folks who back on the first day of the campaign will get a bonus thank you gift.

Solarpunk Magazine World Building Project
After something of a false start, we’re relaunching our world building project! The first two poll sets have already gone out. You can view poll results and participate in future polls by signing up for a free membership on our Patreon page. Free membership on our Patreon includes access to the world building project polls, our month solarpunk news roundup, and month solarpunk short story review (we’re currently working our way through the last round of Imagine 2200 contest winning stories).
